In my previous blog post, I mentioned that Instagram had removed one of my photos of a nude woman behind a shower door, which basically made her entire body (evil nipples and all) look pixelated. Well, here is that photo:
Meanwhile, this image popped up in my Instagram feed last night:
Notice that this image had over 700 likes at the time I screenshot it, and I literally had to zoom in to see if these nipples were even being censored in any way.
Someone please tell me WHY my photo was removed by Instagram, but this one is perfectly okay?!?! (Also, just to be perfectly clear, I have NO ISSUE with the image itself or with the photographer. I actually really love this photographer’s work, which is why I’m following this account.)
Anyway, I’ve been Googling and looking for advice regarding this stupid shadowban, which I’m still dealing with. According to one website, sometimes logging out of your IG account for 2-3 days will sometimes “reset” your account. So, I’m giving that a try. I’ll let you know if it works. 🙄
